Shipping & delivery
Courier delivery is included in the R 499 price. There is no separate delivery fee at checkout.
What's included
The price you see includes courier delivery of your order to the delivery address you enter at checkout. Nothing further is payable on delivery.
Delivery timeframe
Your order is dispatched by courier to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–5 workdays once dispatched, and your dispatch email will include an expected delivery window and tracking details.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure the address, suburb, city, province and postal code you enter are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — reply to your order confirmation email — and we'll help if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
Tracking and problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or does not arrive, contact us at please reply to your order confirmation email with your order details and we will follow it up with the courier.
