We collect only the information we need to process and deliver your order, and we handle it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your delivery address and any delivery notes you give us.
- Order details such as the item and quantity you bought.
We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are processed by Yoco on their own secure payment page.
Why we use it
To process your payment, deliver your order, communicate with you about that order, and handle returns or support queries.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to complete your order — our payment provider (Yoco) and the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Simply reply to your order confirmation email and we'll assist.
